Causes: Education, Scholarships, Scholarships & Student Financial Aid
Mission: To receive and maintain funds to use for charitable, educational, research and scientific purposes to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3).
Programs: Leadership - 10 month program that trains individuals to become effective board members. Classes held september thru june 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.
k-12 vocational career development - authorized by pa's dced as a result of the pennsylvania education improvement tax credit act. The entity was approved by the state to promote this educational improvement program.
worksite wellness initiative - this program is to introduce & promote the culture of wellness in chamber member businesses with 50 employees or less. Benefits of the program include: more engaged, productive employees; improved morale; improved teamwork environment and culture and well-being.
