Disabled individuals are provided individualized comprehensive support and services to help enable them to meet their personal goals and be included in the community. Support services of production programs focus on employment activities for the disabled. Trained staff provide support to disabled people in the program to assist them in training for jobs so that the disabled may have a more productive role in the community.
