Causes: Sports, Winter Sports
Mission: The purpose of the club is: to provide instruction, practice, and advancement of the members in free skating, dancing, and all types of figure skating; to encourage and cultivate a spirit of fraternal feeling among ice skaters; to sponsor, to produce or cooperate in the production of amateur ice carnivals, exhibitions, competitions, and shows; and, generally to do and perform such other acts as may be necessary, adviseable, proper, or incidental in the realization of the objectives and purposes of this organization; and to carry out the general policies of the united states figure skating association.
Programs: Provide ice time to encourage and promote advancement of the members in free skating, dancing, and all types of figure skating. Promote the sport of figure skating through our annual ice show and various exhibitions.
provide an introduction to figure skating through our basic skills program to members of the community at a reduced fee according to the guidelines set by the united figure skaters association of america.
provide test sessions for skaters to advance in the sport of figure skating. #4
