Mission: Traquealo is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a better future for Puerto Rico by addressing and resolving community challenges. Our mission revolves around creating a platform that empowers citizens to report and monitor various issues affecting their communities. These issues include but are not limited to the lack of electricity, public nuisances, road and pavement damage, clandestine garbage dumps, and more. Our organization aims to facilitate clear, quick, and efficient reporting and resolution processes for these problems. By providing a user-friendly digital platform, Traquealo encourages active citizen engagement in identifying and addressing local issues, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of living conditions and infrastructure in Puerto Rico. Through this platform, we aim to enable residents to take an active role in identifying and addressing local challenges, fostering transparency and accountability within Puerto Rico's communities.
