Mission: The organization's mission is to aid individuals leaving any stage of criminal justice system in making the transition toward contributory citizenship. The organization's objectives are to assist the above mentioned individuals through pre-release visitation, counseling and motivation, pre-employment training, job placement, monitoring and follow- up.
Programs: The organization provides vocational and job placement program that assists individuals in obtaining employment. It also provides a crime prevention program which provides rehabilitative services to offenders by assisting them in finding, getting, and keeping a job. For over 40 years, the organization, has been successfull in helping offenders in south florida to re-enter society as productive citizens through jail and prison outreach, counseling, motivation, training, provision of basic necessities, employment training, and job placement.
