Direct beneficiaries per year: 430 familes across the Piedmont through mentoring, educational enhancement, career preparedness, cultural and social awareness, civic engagement and financial literacy.

Programs: Transforming Youth Movement (TYM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Cabarrus County, NC and operating across four counties in the Piedmont region. Since launching in July 2016, we have served over 1600 court-involved youth through mentoring, community service, teen court, vocational training and skill building programs. We also serve as the sponsoring agency for Pinnacle Family Services who provides Therapeutic Foster Care. Our mission is to inspire positive social change and community transformation through youth. We envision a community in which every young person experiences nurturing relationships and support systems that foster development into their full potential; academically, emotionally, economically and socially.
