Programs: To promote and provide financial support to the school for language and communication development, an entity incorporated with the board of regents of the state of new york which provides services to children with developmental disabilities; able house residence, inc. , a new york not-for-profit corporation which will provide residential facilities for adults with developmental disabilities; able community services inc. , a new york not-for-profit corporation which will provide day rehabilitation services to adults with developmental disabilities; and such other organizations operating within the new york metropolitan area, including long island, that address the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, at such times and in such amounts and manner as the corporation's board of directors may, in its sole direction, determine, so long as the school, able house and able community services and such other organizations are exempt from taxation under section 501 [c][3] of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended.
