Mission: The purpose of the corporation is to assist the various law enforcement and child welfare agencies of the state of tennessee and cumberland county, as well as to educate and inform the public of cumberland county, tennessee, and its environs, as to how to recognize, prevent, protect and provide aid to children who have become victims of child abuse and neglect, and any other collateral activity affecting the welfare, health, safety and protection of children.
