Mission: The mission of the thomas irvine dodge nature center is providing exceptional experiences in nature through environmental education.
Programs: Dodge nature center servced almost 52,040 children and adults through public programs, summer camps and school group programs, and an additional 1,033 estimated guests through community events and open hiking under the leadership of 26 board members, 22 full-time staff, 20 part-time staff and 1622 volunteers.
dodge nature center offers one of the country's few nature education preschools, which uses discovery-based learning principles and the inherent wonder, complexity, and beauty of the nautral world as a catalyst for a child's growth and development.
