Programs: Childcare resource & referral - match child care providers with families needing the service and provide training to child care providers.
youth development - comprehensive primary prevention program providing skills and support to help increase self-esteem, set personal goals and develop skills in male and female students in toledo-area public schools. Youth development aims to lower the teenage-pregnancy rate of high-risk youth.
domestic violence shelter - crisis & short term housing for victims of domestic violence and their children. Counseling support groups and assistance obtaining long-term alternative housing.
additional services include: health & wellness, low cost of living accomodation, and hope center. Health & wellness - the encore plus program offers a breast health and care program, and promotes mammograms for underserved and uninsured women. Low cost of living accomodation-permanent housing available to women and children. Community and social services assistance provided to meet individuals needs. Hope center- a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week crisis intervention for survivors of sexual assault and their families, which includes information referral, legal and hospital accompaniment and support groups. It also provides education and training to the community.
