The skilled nursing program has serviced 755 adults throughout 2013.
the adult day services consist of medical and social models. The medical model is for adults needing both enriched social activities and medical/health support services. This program provides comprehensive monitoring of health needs and a carefully planned program of therapies and activities designed to maintain and improve their well-being. The social model is for adults who would benefit from an enriched program of recreational and social activities in a professionally supervised environment. It offers a wide range of activities to help seniors in reasonably good health maintain their zest for living. The wartburg adult day care programs have serviced 122 persons throughout 2013.
the long term home health care program offers in-home care for people living with chronic illness or disabilities. Professional service plans are developed for each individual based on their needs in consultation with the patient, family and personal physician. This program enables the clients to remain in their home and receive a wide range of services. The wartburg has serviced 100 lthhc clients throughout 2013.
