Mission: We focus on supporting and advancing women in their careers by developing leaders, connecting people and inspiring action. Critical to our success is engaging with men in the support of our Vision.
Programs: The success forum: a full day of inspiration and connections with over 1,200 denver area executives. Exciting keynote and breakout session speakers to help motivate attendees and their company toward success.
managing for impact: the managing for impact program is a co-ed program designed to help guide participants onto a leadership path and create a strong leadership foundation for them as a team lead, project lead, supervisor, and/or manager. This program meets consists of six half day sessions from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
leadership ascent: the leadership ascent is a one-year applied learning program designed to transform your leadership abilities and to influence profound changes in your life, your career, and your community. This program is designed for senior managers, directors, or vice presidents. The program kicks-off with a three-day retreat and consists of eleven day-long, highly interactive workshops held monthly. In addition, you receive 25 hours of private coaching to aid leaders in applying the workshop content to their own specific strengths and challenges. The program also includes coaching hours for the participant's manager and mentor. The program is facilitated by highly skilled professionals with a diverse background in industry, leadership theory and practice, and organizational behavior.
