Mission: The objective of the lakes region kennel club shall be: 1) to further the advancement of all breeds of purebred dogs. 2) to conduct dog shows, exhibitions, tests, sanctioned matches, obedience trials and performance events under the rules and regulations of the american kennel club and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at all of these events. 3)to hold educational meetings and activities on the care, breeding, showing and responsible ownership of dogs. To publish a newsletter to further these objectives and foster communication among the membership and other interested fanciers.
