Mission: Our mission is to end poverty and homelessness. We do this by mobilizing faith-based and community partners, activating individual and community assets, and meeting immediate needs in our community.
Programs: Affordable housing connections helps vulnerable individuals and families achieve housing and financial stability. Circles brings people of diverse incomes together to help low-income individuals and families achieve their financial goals. Clearinghouse provides assistance to church partners by assessing the needs of an individual and determining the appropriate financial and relational support. Faith in youth recruits, trains and supports americorps members who serve in local youth programs mentoring at-risk middle school students. Neighborhood connections creates strong neighborhoods where people are working together and using their talents to improve the quality of life for themselves and their community.
