Causes: Education, Graduate & Professional Schools
Mission: At FTE, our mission is to call and cultivate a new generation of leaders to serve the church and world.
Results: Each year, 150 Congregational, Ministry, Undergraduate, Doctoral, Dissertation, and Volunteers Exploring Vocation Fellows receive funding for educational expenses. Multiple communities receive vocational discernment training, and partner volunteer organizations receive support from FTE.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Every year, approximately 150 Fellows are selected, and over 18 faith communities are awarded grants.

Programs: Cultivating christian leaders provides support to several groups of candidates exploring and preparing for vocations in christian ministry. Fellows participated in discernment events and networks of support and were given opportunities for professional development.
