Causes: International, International Development
Mission: Equip foundation works to develop leaders and communities in both the developed and developing world. Our projects emphasize skills development, appropriate technology, local partnering and empowering the marginalized.
Programs: During 2017 equip foundation operated a single project - hands on houses. The project's focus is on developing effective housing solutions for marginalized people in rural communities. During the period, hands on houses provided 32 new homes (many of them for widows), employed and trained local builders, and furthered research into appropriate building technology in southern india.
