Mission: The Early Learning Institute helps children to realize their full potential and enriches the lives of children and their families by: providing comprehensive programs and services for children with developmental delays in an inclusive environment; providing individualized developmental and preschool programs and services for children of varying abilities; and collaborating with other community organizations to carry out these missions.
Results: Over 70% of TELI's graduates enter kindergarten in a public school setting with minimal or no supports

Programs:
Our Infant and Toddler Program serves children aged birth to 3 years of age in their homes or community settings. A collaborative partnership between the family, therapist and service coordinator works to develop goals identified in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), which is created to meet each child’s specific needs. Services can include: occupational, physical, speech and language therapy, as well as vision, nutrition and social work services.
