Mission: To build a sustainable, geographically distributed dark archive with which to ensure the long-term survival of web-based scholarly publications for the benefit of the greater global research community.
Programs: To establish and operate a system of providing digital archives and other collective systems for published materials, works, and other content through the cooperation of libraries, publishers, and societies to ensure these materials, works, and content remain accessible to all.
