Mission: The Conscious Project is a non-profit organization committed to rescuing children from malnutrition , chronic illness and severe poverty in Central America.
Target demographics: Impoverished communities
Direct beneficiaries per year: 180 families on a month to month basis on food distribution and 27children who suffer from chronic illneses. In the houston area we've serviced over 800 houstonians with our Uplift programs.
Geographic areas served: Houston and Central America
Programs: Nourish - A food distribution program to aid families and children who are at risk of starvation. Heal - a health care program where we provide medical attention for children who suffer from chronic illnesses Uplift - Community outreach programs to uplift and create stronger communities.
