The community survival center the staff there are very funny they treat the customers like crap they rush them out the store they treat their employee with one employee that I know like crap she runs the back area seems like every time I go there they run out and put pressure to her she's a good girl she was one of the best workers that ever worked there I believe her name is Alicia I'm not sure is very unorganized the other lady from the other store a very rude and disrespectful the Chinese girl looks at you like you're crazy since I've been going there and I've been going over 10 years there's only one person that was wonderful in there and that was a girl that run the back area I just met her not so long ago and it's a shame that she's not there I knew she would not last long day especially with the workers she got on her back but that was the best thing that happened to that place

Causes: Emergency Assistance, Human Services
Mission: The primary mission of the community survival center is the emergency food pantry and its related food assistance programs. The center is responsible to their donors and clients to make intelligent and responsible decisions about the distribution of all donations. The clothing and household goods programs are secondary but still very important as a service to our clients and as a source of financial support for the center. Above all, the center's personnel must give consideration to the dignity and needs of the clients. The center's staff believes that assisting an individual with basic survival needs helps to fostor their ability to work toward a more secure future for themselves and their families.
Programs: - seniors food programs once monthly food allocations - preschool breakfast & lunch - individuals for 20 days a month - emergency dist. 6 times yearly - holiday meals during fy2017 the organization has donated nearly 157,000 lbs of food to families and individuals through the above programs.
- clothing / household goods program approx. 48,000 families, adults and children have been served, raising over 48,000 to help the organization continue its mission.
thrift shop approx. 10,172 individual have been served, raising over 106,000 to help the organization continue its mission
