Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: Central exchange provides the venue and voice for women seeking to reach their full personal and professional potential.
Programs: In 2017, the organization served the membership and their guests with a variety of high quality, thought provoking leadership and professional development programs. The total programs number of programs delivered in 2017 was 360 with attendance of 7,198. Membership continued to be strong in 2017. The active membership was 813 as of december 31, 2017. The total membership for the year was 830. The organization held its fourth annual stemmy awards ceremony with an attendance of approximately 400. The stemmy awards honor women in science, technology, engineering, math, and medicine for their respective contributions to their fields. The 2017 leadership lyceum had attendance of 737 and provides exceptional leadership development with national and regional speakers. Emerging leaders is a year-long leadership development program. 2017 participants numbered 84 . The emerging leader's alumni group continues the learning and networking process.
