Causes: Environment, Natural Resources Conservation & Protection
Mission: The foundation provides extensive education and resources for ecological conservation and the benefits thereof; this includes the environmental protection, scientific exploration, historic preservation and sustainable future of the great lakes, river waters, and northeast ohio watersheds and their surrounding environments.
Programs: The foundation manages the annual great lakes burning river fest which raises awareness of the environmental issues affecting northeast ohio and the cuyahoga river ecosystem. Event proceeds benefit local sustainability efforts that focus on water quality.
