Programs: Advocacy activities focus on direct representation on behalf of persons with developmental disabilities in a school or mental health setting. Advocacy services are provided to ensure that citizens with development disabilities can participate fully in life and contribute to their community. Additionally, the agency provides direct assistance to families and consumers in gaining current information that will enable persons with developmental disabilities to live a more independent life style.
