Once a good forum for it's mission, the TJLA responsibilities as a children's charity are clouded while it's current leadership lacks the integrity needed for running a healthy nonprofit. Because it's administrators refuse to abide by state mandated rules, it's current position has foundered morally as well as financially leaving the charity in debt as noted in their annual IRS reports. Current administration continues to neglect obligations while financial donations collected for the children of Texas seem to be supporting personal venues. It's obvious a sense of entitlement takes precedence over positive decisions allowing a breach of social responsibility that could set records for irresponsible spending by a nonprofit employee, which (after investigating prior responsibilities) suggest the current administrator has directed other nonprofits into the same situation this charity now faces.
