I volunteered with the Texas cave conservancy over the course of two years. It took a while to realize that this organization is a scam. It really is not a nonprofit at all. This is a small business that does nothing more than support the president John Michael Walsh. Mr.Walsh advertises as a nonprofit solely to get free labor, meanwhile he is pocketing some $60,000 per year that is supposed to be used for the cave preserves. How this man has avoided jail is beyond me. He is ripping off the City of Cedar Park, Williamson County, Brushy Creek MUD, Sun City of Georgetown, and other public and private entities. One would think that the public departments would get wise to him some day and prosecute. Overall I came away with what can be best described as a greasy feeling after dealing with Mr. Walsh. Don't have anything to do with this organization. You will only be wasting your time and helping support a criminal.

This organization is a scam created solely to support the president Mike Walsh. It is nothing but a fraud.
