Mission: TBEY was created in 2000 and became a reality in early 2004 in Milwaukee, WI. TBEY has been functioning for 3 years, by Contessa Cole, an individual who experienced a difficult time finding an equipped one-stop art?s organization where youth can express themselves. Concerned about the enhancement of the community and for the overall quality of life in Milwaukee, it was obvious to those involved that the community needed such an organization and facility.
