Programs: Provided special education administrators to foster a better understanding of the role of the special educator in the general education process. To provide unified support for efforts to assure speedy resolution of matters of concern to special educators. To provide a network for reviewing and dissemination of information which has a direct impact upon special education services and to provide an avenue by which the special education administrators can assist in the development and administration of policy concerning special education.
