Mission: The organization provides specialized support services to employees relocated to the capital region. The organization has built a consortium of employers in the region who have committed to high level "informational interviews" for the spouse/partner of newly relocated hires. The organization also assists newly relocated hires,by connecting them to personal resources in the region in order to help them build ties to the area, and thereby increase employee retention. By supporting dual career couples the area becomes more of a destination as opposed to a turnstile.
Programs: Provide assistance to employers by offering services to relocated employees. Enabling the new hires and their families integrate into the community. This type of comprehensive support was put in place to diretly impact turnover costs for the employer.
