Target Evolution & Teen Biz Camp has been a blessing for my daughter. When I was 1st diagnosed with cancer my daughter was sad & depressed. Target Evolution opened the Galleria Mall location & my daughters products 2BooG Beauty was allowed to have a space inside the mall. Working at the got her mind off of me and cancer & allowed her to focus on something positive & make her on money at the same time.
This organization is one of my favorites to support because of the impact it has on youth! As a donor for over 5 years, I feel like everyone should support Target Evolution because it provides youth with real-world experience in business and entrepreneurship. Many kids have unrealistic expectations of what it takes to run a business and succeed in this world. They only see the end result of years of effort and success and believe it's easy. It's not. Target Evolution helps youth learn that strategically and gently, and to me that's so important.
I wish this program was around when I was in high school, but also for my oldest daughter who is almost 35. Youth around the world can benefit from what this program offers and I will continue to donate and support their impact and the Founder, Crystal Victoria.
Crystal keep being great! You have built an incredible opportunity for young people that gives me hope for the next generation. Our future is in good hands with people like you in this world!

My daughter has started her own friendship bracelet business with the Teen Biz Box, and this is really a cool program and organization. I hope this organization and the Founder gets the credit, exposure and funding it deserves to scale nationally! Every city needs this organization!

When it comes to spearheading young entrepreneurs into the world of business, Target Evolution is by far one of the best non profits for paving the way and changing the dynamic to teens being business owners and creating jobs. Target Evolution is a great nonprofit with an amazing Founder, who has worked hard to provide a unique experience to teens. We are proud to have partnered with Target Evolution and proud that our kids have been able to take advantage of their retail store experiences and pop up shops in different malls and retail stores.
The founder is extremely unprofessional and I don’t even think she pays the kids what they are owed. One of the thing ladies that made bracelets showed up looking for her money and it was nowhere to be found. She stated she couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I worked for the founder and when it was time to pay me, instead of paying what I earned, she sent me super long text messages about how she couldn’t pay her houses and cars and all the responsibility she had. She then goes on to say that we didn’t sell anything and expect to get paid. What?!? This is what happens when you get in over your head, open multiple stores you can’t manage and put people who really don’t care in charge. I’m putting the word out about this lady. She is dishonest, petty and does drugs. Another worker that was with me said she saw a marijuana bag in the founder’s purse. That might be why she can’t run her business right. She claimed she was being hacked but I’m wondering why she doesn’t have a separate business account for her BUSINESS. See below for the foolery

It is unfortunate that you have this perception of the organization, especially considering that not one kid or parent has complained about the Founder or getting paid. If you worked for "the Founder" instead of for "Target Evolution", then it would've been your responsibility to call the Founder or other Director to notify them if someone was there seeking their product or funds. Instead of following procedures, you're here leaving a review which doesn't address that child's issue. One instance of someone showing up with questions does not represent other family's experiences, nor does it mean any of the other teen's were not paid. It is true that our stores succeed when we have staff there who are actually selling the kid's products. It's unfortunate that rumors are being spread regarding what someone else believes they saw instead of what you saw yourself. That being said we can't please everyone, but we're more than sure your issues have been resolved Brittany and we wish you well.
Target Evolution's mission to educate budding entrepreneurs in underserved communities is to be commended. We learned about this outstanding non-profit organization from one of our members, and decided to pair its Teen Biz Camp with our Junior Chamber of Commerce. We could not be more pleased with their offerings, which help us further our mission to equip and train entrepreneurs, and the skills and techniques learned by our Junior Chamber members are unparalleled. Target Evolution's passion to see the kids succeed is an added plus. Additionally, they are solid in observing non-profit governance standards.

Target Evolution and Teen Biz Camp have helped and allowed me to understand the basics of entrepreneurship as a teenager, and also how to step up out of my comfort zone. It also, allowed me to connect with other successful teenpreneurs.

I'm excited about Target Evolution because my personal commitment to entrepreneurship to all people ties me to them. I am the founder of Tech Ranch, Austin, Texas' first privately funded incubator for entrepreneurs. I was introduced to Crystal's work and was excited to become a Target Evolution advisory board member because of the work she is doing. It's been powerful to watch her over the last five years move this work forward and drive the tools of entrepreneurship to the youth of Houston and Dallas. I fully support that she should be recognized and this work should be taken further from there.
Target Evolution's Teenbiz Camp has been instrumental in furthering the growth of my son's men's accessories business by allowing him to gain real-life retail experience in one of the top mall's in the world, Houston Galleria! It's been amazing to see how quickly the organization has taken our youth and their businesses in a very short period of time. The management team thinks daily of ways to help our youth thrive!
I love it! It's an awesome program to help young entrepreneurs become business owners of their own. Target Evolution helps teens earn money for college and other activities with a small business or freelance work. We operate in multiple cities throughout Texas and will be expanding nationally very soon!
