Mission: The greenhouse foundation was founded to educate, inspire, and empower children to adopt a green lifestyle so they can positively impact the sustainability of our resources.
Programs: The greenhouse education program is designed to provide environmental educational resources to support schools and children in disadvantaged areas committed to learning and adopting green living practices. Through this program, children learn the fundamentals of creating and managing their own outdoor school garden. They also learn how to start and manage a farmers market with proceeds of cash, and product, being distributed to other nonprofit organizations servicing to fight hunger in their community. Over 300 students at 5 schools have participated in the greengarden education program.
