operation safe home- a program designed to provide first responders with crucial medical information for residents who are unable to provide such information to responders. This program educates residents to place a sticker on their freezer that indicates that there is crucial health information contained in the freezer inside a freezer bag. The program provides the sticker, a freezer bag and instructions for completing a basic health database to be kept in the freezer.
