In my 3 years working with the Panther organization, coaching 5th, 6th, and now 3rd grade youth football teams, it has proven to be one of the best organizations I've had the honor to be apart of....from the kids to the parents to the coaching staff to the cheerleaders and cheer staff to the president and the people behind the scenes, I've seen nothing but positive outcomes....the dedication and drive behind the Panther machine is unmatched and has given me the opportunity to live out a childhood dream of my own which is to be a pillar in my community and give back by being a role model for not only my son and daughter but my community's sons and daughters....being a coach has changed my life....these kids come from all different types of backgrounds, privileged, good, bad, and ugly, yet they are accepted with no judgement....I can relate to that....when I first asked to be apart of this organization I thought (like so many other times) my background wouldn't let me....Coach G (Gary Gatewood) gave me the opportunity to come onboard and I am truly thankful and grateful for that....since then I have embarked on a journey I know will last a very long time....Thank you....Coach Michael Shivers.....PANTHERNATION
