Mission: To provide public library & archive services to the citizens of diboll at no charge.
Programs: To provide services including reading programs, reference service, internet access, computer service and archival service to the community. During 2014, the library began oversight of the alliance for education and cultural enrichment in diboll (aeced) and the diboll youth committee to assist in achieving the organizational purpose of the library on a broader scope. The aeced provides cultural presentations to students in the diboll schools and the diboll youth committee is used as a vehicle for the youth of diboll to become more involved in civic affairs. Total expense for these two programs during 2014 totaled approximately $20,000 or 4. 7% of program service expense or 2% of total expenses.
