Mission: The mission of the synergy community development center is to provide affordable and safe housing to low income people in need of quality workforce housing. Synergy center acquires real estate property from various banks, government agencies and institutions like fannie mae, freddie mack and hud in order to build new homes or rehabilitate existing homes for purchase by low income buyers. With regard to this mission, synergy center engages in home buyer qualification, home owner education, real estate acquisition, home building or rehabilitation, supervision and marketing activities which assist low income people achieve the goal of affordable home ownership.
Programs: In 2016 the organization successfully organized its administrative operations and began promoting its mission through related industry networks and organizations focused on low-income housing.
