My goodness where to start. There are not enough words to describe the heart that is in this place. Autumn loves every animal so much. Just like others have said she makes sure the animal is healthy and placed in a home only that she knows will provide the best care and will be a place where they can be happy in a forever home. Our experience from start to finish has been an exceptional one. You leave there feeling you made a forever friend with her. I applaud all she does and she makes the time. She is amazing. She allows you to come in and pet and hold the others as you are there picking up your new baby. We had such an enjoyable day there. It was well worth the hour and a half drive there and we would do it again without hesitation. I would very highly recommend Sweet Souls rescue to anyone looking for a fur baby. I want another one! Thank you Autumn for making it so easy to add to our family. What a joy she is! Challenging but a joy. LOL We love her so much in just a week.

Sweet Souls is the greatest charity! They rescue dogs and cats from high kill shelters down south, that normally only have hours to live before death row. Once they get the rescues up north, they find them foster homes, fully get them, get any medical attention they may need, and find them forever homes. Every application received is thoroughly gone over, every reference is called. Sweet Souls has a small pet store. There are cats/ kittens available to adopt in store every weekend. All proceeds from the store go directly back into the rescue! Did i mention this is all a 501c3 non profit?! There are 4 volunteers that assist with the rescue. Every animal is loved while they're with the rescue, and they make sure they will receive the same kind of love and affection at their new home!
Sweet Souls is a very professional and loving organization. 3 years ago when I got my dog from her I was so excited to know that everything was taken care of when it came to Layla's health. She was fixed microchipped vaccinated everything. I recommend sweet souls to anyone that is looking to find a forever friend that is also looking for a forever home!

Sweet Souls welcomes the old, the young, the broken and everything in between and gives every animal a second chance at a better life. This organization has a very dedicated team that works diligently to ensure every animal they rescue gets care suited to their specific needs and a family that is the best match. We adopted Dory from Sweet Souls two years ago. She has been a great addition to our family. They take great care to ensure the health and well bring of all the animals and continue to be a source of support after adopting.
This rescue helps all types of animals. Not only in PA but up and down the coast from Florida up to PA. They I know, like most rescues they work on shoe strings and go deep into the hole trying to save those that others will not. They pull dogs, cats, even turtles, etc., that others turn their backs on sometimes. Don't know how they do it, but great to know they do what they do. All for the SAKE of the ANIMALS.
They are doing amazing things for so many animals. The animals are well cared for and they get great homes.
