Programs: The library provides education and educational materials by making its collection of almost 59,000 books, periodicals, museum and park passes, movies, and music accessible to borough, delaware county, and pennsylvania residents either free of charge or for a low cost. The library also offers award-winning programming for children, including multiple, age-appropriate storytelling hours, language conversation classes, a kids' math club, art classes, and interactive music shows. The library also hosts adult classes, including language classes, book clubs, career support services, a monthly philosophy discussion forum, artist speaker series, and computer tutoring assistance through its teen tech tutor volunteers program. The library owns five computers for internet use, word-processing, and database access, as well as an unsecured wireless connection. The library recently instituted a free, once-a-month, home-delivery service for its borough residents who are unable to visit the library.
