Mission: The sunrise girls softball league provides girls ages 5 to 18 the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of softball with an emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship. These goals are achived through practice sessions and competition. In addition, the league sponsors tournaments and all-star competition in which other softball leagues participate.
Programs: In keeping with its exempt function, the league conducted softball competition for girls ages 5 to 18 through practice and league involvement during 2011.
