Mission: To provide college and university students the best opportunity to make a difference and to develop leadership teamwork and communication skills through learning practicing and teaching the principles of free enterprise.
Programs: Through programs in the united states, we support student recruitment and engagement of university staff, business advisors and team leaders on over 530 campuses across the united states. We promote team development through sharing insights, robust training tools and leadership events; and we build capacity to maximize our student and global impact. Teams participate in needs assessment and insight gathering for local and international community impact projects and students deploy business innovation to improve the human condition and enable sustainable human progress. At the us national exposition and other events, teams collaborate, drive innovation, prove impact and connect with world business leaders.
national and global project partnerships and topic competitions (campbell's let's can hunger; uncap opportunities for women - supported by the coca-cola foundation; general mills harvest for good; care enables progress - sponsored by johnson & johnson family of consumer companies; sam's club step up for small business; walmart women's economic empowerment) are judged by sponsoring business leaders and carry monetary awards. These projects supported approximately 280 college and university enactus teams.
through our five international subsidiary operations in the united states, mexico, brazil, india and china, and our 31 affiliate country operations our projects to improve human conditions occur in over 90 countries every year.
