Mission: (a)to educate individuals in depressed economic zones of business management, operations, and accounting to further economic development through financial literacy training and to provide micro-finance loans to the low-income entrepreneurs in the stockton community. (b)to educate college students with the skills sets necessary to work in the community as non-professional business consultants to the low-income entrepreneurs and loan applicants.
