Mission: Stockton affiliated services, inc. Is a self-supporting enterprise established to increase, expand and improve service levels at stockton university by providing effective, efficient and innovative business solutions that assist the university achieve its teaching, research, scholarship, and public service missions while improving operating results and the financial position of the university, the stockton foundation, the stockton aviation research & technology park, and the community, as directed and approved by its board of directors.
Programs: Stockton affiliated services provides food services in support of the college's mission. Food services are provided to approximately 8,000 students, 1,000 employees, as well as visitors to the campus. Stockton affiliated services is partnered with chartwells. Chartwells services more than 1,000 higher education institutions around the world and is dedicated to providing "fun, healthy dining options", great service, listening closely to the needs and opinions of stockton students. Weekly on-line surveys, food preference surveys, customer satisfaction surveys every semester, annual voluntary round table discussions and nationwide research is performed at colleges and universities.
stockton affilitated services provides general institutional support for the college's mission, which can briefly be characterized as education, research and service. The support that is provided in this area is almost entirely general revenue that can be used for any activity within the college's mission. In general, the individuals served are the approximately 8,000 students of the college, though much of the college's mission-related activity serves the general public as well.
stockton affiliated services provides transportation and safety support for the college's mission. Transportation is provided for the approximately 8,000 students, 1,000 faculty and staff of richard stockton college. Services are provided on campus from the residential areas to the administrative and teaching facilities of the college. Transportation is also provided to and from stockton seaview and stockton's parkway building for clinics and classes, as well as for the athletic teams and college events.
