Mission: Our mission is to improve the lives for all people in the communities we serve through improved health regardless of the ability to pay for the services.
Programs: To improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in the communities that we serve through improved health status. We strive to do this by providing access to primary and preventive medical, dental, and mental health services, appropriate health education and supportive case management without regard to ability to pay for services offered. We provide patients access to services equally, without regard to race, color, religion, or national origin.
