Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: To give new canaan residents both the practical means and the confidence to live their lives to the fullest in their own homes as they grow older
Programs: To provide members with referral services for home care, including but not exclusively, service providers such as plumbers, electricians.
to provide drivers for members to medical and personal appointments and provide access to entertainment venues for members, such as theatre tickets, dinners, tours, etc. And to provide personal touch services such as hospital visits and home visits.
to provide scholarships to members who are unable financially to pay full membership dues.
