Mission: The organization was created to provide a medium from which the youth of starr county could exhibit their school and/or 4-h projects. In addition, the youth benefit from premiums and scholarships paid by the organization.
Programs: Livestock, art, baked goods and other projects raised or made by students were sold in an auction.
