This was a fine nonprofit, nonpublic school for children with a variety of behavioral and emotional problems that was closed years ago. It was caught in a new law at that time which disqualified their Special Ed and Secondary school teachers. They were unable to find teachers who met the new law requirements and had to close and go through Dissolution. The Board tried its best to keep the school open and even joined a group of schools caught in this unfortunate situation. All efforts failed.
