Causes: Homeless & Housing, Homeless Shelters
Mission: To provide assistance and education to address poverty issues by providing temporary housing and services to primarily low income individuals and families.
Programs: To help those trapped in poverty so they could be equipped with the tools to work their way toward stability and prosperity. Through review of the current community services and needs, gaps in community services were identified. Those gaps in services included shelter for homeless women without dependent children in their care and transitional housing for men who have successfully overcome the issues that led to their homelessness.
