Programs: The corporation provides housing and support services for low-income elderly persons in safe, attractive and well-maintained buildings in northeast ohio. We strive to keep seniors self-reliant and independent for as long as possible by securing additional services they need and encouraging a sense of community in each residence. The seniors we serve must be eligible for a hud 202 apartment as determined by their income and must be re-certified each year to continue residence. The project operates under section 202 of the national housing act and within the rental operating guidelines of the department of housing and urban development (hud) with respect to rental charges and operating methods.
