Causes: In-Home Assistance
Mission: St. Nicholas human support is a nonprofit, nonsectarian community-based organization founded in 1975 with a mission to serve as a catalyst to improve the quality of life for williamsburg-greenpoint residents by addressing economic, educational, health, housing and social needs while preserving the vibrant and diverse character of the entire community, particularly for low and moderate income residents.
Programs: Home care services: st. Nicks alliance home care provides personal care services to disabled and elderly medicaid recipients in brooklyn, queens and manhattan. In fy 2014 service was provided to more than 700 clients utilizing close to 1,200 employees.
