Mission: We, st. Francis foundation and trinity health, serve together in the spirit of the gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our communities. St. Francis foundation is a member of st. Francis healthcare and trinity health.
Programs: Since 1997, st. Francis foundation (the foundation), located in wilmington, de, has served as the fund-raising arm of st. Francis hospital. The foundation raised over $600,000 in fiscal year 2017 from individuals, corporations, private foundations and the federal and state government with assistance from dedicated volunteers and generous friends. During fy17, the foundation organized several fundraising events including the annual golf outing and a 5k walk/run. These contributions help st. Francis hospital to bring state-of-the-art medical services to the region, while remaining true to the mission of caring for the people in our community who need our help the most: the uninsured and the underinsured.
