Programs: Before its 2013 dissolution, st. Elizabeth arts foundation birthed a new youth program using urban gardening as its medium, incorporating literature, art and cooking. Classes began in 2012 and continues to serve students as young as preschool age with interdisciplinary experiences of cultivating land, growing food, and responding to it through the culinary, visual and literary arts. The program is growing and will continue under the administrative umbrella of woven oad initiatives, a like-minded nonprofit also based in norwood, ohio.
