Mission: St. Anne's home for the elderly provides its residents with care and compassion in a respectful, home-like environment that honors individual dignity. Following the mission and philosophy of the sisters of the divine savior and the tenets of the catholic faith, st. Anne's strives to improve quality of life, promote justice, collaborate with others and act as responsible stewards of its resources. St. Anne's offers services which include attention to the needs of the poor and the frail. The home honors a commitment to its heritage by providing exceptional services while striving for ever-increasing excellence in resident care.
Programs: St. Anne's salvadorian campus operates a 62-bed long term care facility, 43-unit residential care apartment complex, 26-bed cbrf, and a convent serving retired religious in a supportive care environment. The home provides care to the indigent under medicaid program. The home also focuses a variety of social accountability efforts to enhance educational, social, and spiritual benefits to a variety of constituents in the greater milwaukee area. The following is a summary of these services provided by the home to support social accountability: - clinical site training- pastoral care services and other spiritual support for those in need- education and wellness programs for the elderly- support groups for education on alzheimer's and other diseases- volunteer coordinator for community-based fellowship and family support- support efforts for a variety of emergency needs for residents
assisted living consists of a 43-unit residential care apartment complex and a 26-unit community-based residential facility that provides 24/7 supportive living and enhanced assisted living offered to frail elders. Assisted living provides a full complement of activities, social services, and pastoral care and is contracted with family care - community wavier.
